Our Mission

In the name of God and Jesus Christ, a congregation of the United Church of Christ, we declare this Church to be open and welcoming to all seekers to know and worship God. As a congregation of faith, we take seriously the biblical call to love God and our neighbors as we love ourselves. We celebrate the variety of our cultures, race, ages and different abilities.

No matter who you are, or where you are in life’s journey, you are welcome here.

Services at 9:30am on Sundays

Our close-knit and caring community can best be described by this WELCOME to DALTON video which was created by a young man raised here, Kyle Dempsey, founder of Trout and Coffee Productions.

Searching for Our Next Pastor…

In September of 2021, our congregation began a process in search for our next pastor. This process has brought our congregation together for introspection, reflection, and prayer. We are grateful to our Pastoral Search Committee who has taken on this challenging and time intensive process, and we are hopeful, that with the guidance of God, we will soon find a wonderful next pastor to lead us in service within and beyond the walls of our Church.

In the interim, we still hold regular Sunday services led by Reverend Bert Marshall and lay members. Should you be in need of pastoral care or special services, please contact the church office for more information.

Pastor’s Information will be updated when a new pastor joins us

Our Sunday School will resume on Sunday, September 18, 9:30 to 10:30, in our large newly painted & decorated classroom located next to our dining room. We will follow the “World of Wonder” curriculum published by the United Church of Christ. Lessons about God, Jesus and our faith will feature songs, story time, hands on crafts, snack time and sharing and learning to help others. Worship begins at 9:30. Children will sit with their families for a short time before being dismissed for Sunday School. Wishing you all well and hope to see you soon!
